From day one, you’re paired with a dedicated Project Manager — your main point of contact who guides the process and keeps things on track.
Submit to your designer when you’re ready to start5-10 days after kickoff
Step 2Collaborate and Iterate
Work with your designer and project manager to revise and land on a plan you absolutely love. Every detail can get refined — from plant selections to layout to specific materials — until it captures exactly what you envisioned.
2-3 weeks after kickoff
At this stage, you’ll meet your Cost Advisor. They’ll review and explain any estimates you're considering to ensure you get competitive pricing to build your design.
Step 3Build your dream yard
Your Project Manager will help you source competitive bids from the Yardzen Pro Network to build your design. You own your designs forever, giving you full control over your spend and timeline.
